Check these common issues:

1. Follower Status
- Ensure follower is enabled (On toggle/checkbox checked)
- Not locked by risk rules
- Shows "Connected" status


2. Leader Setup
- Leader account is selected
- Leader is actually trading

3. Instrument
- Correct instrument selected in Copilink tab
- Must match the instrument you are tradign on

4. Connection
- All accounts connected in NinjaTrader
- No connection errors

Quick test:
Place a manual trade on Leader and watch followers - they should copy immediately.
