Tradecopia vs TradeSyncer vs Replikanto: trade copiers compared.

Start with your working environment. Direct Tradovate and Rithmic accounts need a different setup from accounts already running in NinjaTrader 8.

Replikanto vs TradeSyncer vs Tradecopia vs Copilink: the short answer.

Replikanto and Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 are add-ons that run inside NinjaTrader on your Windows PC and are sold once, at $299 and $226.88. TradeSyncer is cloud-only, $49 to $149 a month priced by connections. Tradecopia is a $49.99 a month desktop app with hosted tiers up to $149.99. Copilink Standalone is a desktop app for Tradovate and Rithmic on Windows or macOS at $28.88 to $37.88 a month with no account caps.

Decide where the copier runs before you compare features. Inside NinjaTrader 8, a native add-on is cheaper over any horizon and puts no hosted service between you and your accounts. If copying must continue with your computer off, TradeSyncer or Tradecopia's hosted tiers are the options here. If you connect to Tradovate or Rithmic directly and want the copier and your logins on a machine you control, Copilink Standalone. Only Copilink states what its per-account rules do at the moment of a breach; TradeSyncer and Tradecopia list limits without describing the action.

Four futures trade copiers, side by side.

The rows that change the decision: where it runs, what it connects to, what you pay and what unit you pay for, what the trial commits you to, and what the copier does when an account breaks a rule or a follower gets out of step.

Monthly prices hide the real spread. Two of these products are bought once; the rest renew. This is the total at list price for a single trader on one machine, before any annual or quarterly discount.

Discounts that exist but are not in the table: Tradecopia Pro is $104.98 a quarter, which is $419.92a year. TradeSyncer advertises annual savings of up to 30 percent on Flex without listing the annual figures. Replikanto's prices were shown as sale prices with higher list prices struck through.

Inside NinjaTrader 8, the one-time licenses win on any horizon: Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 at $226.88 and Replikanto at $299 cost less over three years than TradeSyncer Basic costs in one. Among subscriptions, Copilink Standalone Core at $289.88 a year is the lowest, and it is the only one that does not cap accounts or connections at that price. The cloud premium is real: TradeSyncer Basic runs $298.12 a year more than Core, which is what you pay for copying while the computer is off.

Tradecopia vs TradeSyncer, and the other matchups.

Each pair below gets compared constantly. Here is the decision in plain terms, with Copilink named only where it is the closer comparison.

Replikanto vs TradeSyncer

Different categories, so the decision is usually made before you look at features.

Replikanto is a NinjaTrader 8 add-on you buy once. It copies between the accounts connected in your NinjaTrader session, on the PC where NinjaTrader is running, and it stops when that PC does. A single-machine license is $299, or $249 for a year. TradeSyncer is a hosted service at $49 to $149 a month priced by connections. It keeps copying with your computer off and connects to platforms Replikanto never touches: TradingView, Sierra Chart, ATAS, DXFeed.

Over twelve months, Replikanto's lifetime license costs less than seven months of TradeSyncer Basic. Over three years, the gap is $299 against $1,764.00. TradeSyncer earns that difference only if you need one of two things: copying while you are away from the machine, or a leader that does not live inside NinjaTrader. It also ships per-account daily loss and profit limits, which Replikanto does not have at all.

If you trade inside NinjaTrader 8 and you are at the desk when your copier is working, a native add-on is the cheaper and more direct route. Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 is the other one, at $226.88 once with a 7-day trial that takes no card, and its Risk edition is the only NT8 add-on here that adds per-account prop firm rules.

Replikanto vs Tradecopia

Tradecopia works outside NinjaTrader and adds account rules. Replikanto is cheaper if NinjaTrader is already your platform.

Tradecopia Pro is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that does not need NinjaTrader. It connects to Tradovate, Rithmic, TopstepX, NinjaTrader, and TradingView, lets a leader on one platform feed followers on another, and lists daily loss and profit limits, a consistency tracker, and distance-to-drawdown monitoring. It costs $49.99 a month at list, or $104.98 a quarter, and the 7-day trial takes a card.

Replikanto does one job inside NinjaTrader 8 and does it for a one-time $299. Its Follower Guard closes and disarms a follower that gets out of step, which is a real safeguard, but there are no daily limits or evaluation rules. If your accounts are in NinjaTrader and you manage prop firm rules yourself, Replikanto pays for itself against Tradecopia in about six months.

If you connect to Tradovate or Rithmic directly and want rules that act, the closer comparison for Tradecopia is Copilink Standalone: $28.88 a month, no account caps, a breach sends a flatten request, and the 14-day trial needs no card. Tradecopia keeps the edge on TopstepX, which Copilink does not connect to. Both copy trades you place from TradingView.

Tradecopia vs TradeSyncer

Both are subscriptions for prop traders. The split is desktop-first against cloud-only, and per-user pricing against per-connection pricing.

TradeSyncer runs only in its cloud. Tradecopia's Pro tier is a desktop app, and its Pro+ tiers move copying onto hosting it manages, so Tradecopia covers both models and TradeSyncer covers one. On platforms they overlap on Tradovate, Rithmic, NinjaTrader, and TradingView; TradeSyncer adds Sierra Chart, ATAS, and DXFeed, Tradecopia adds TopstepX.

Pricing units decide the real cost. TradeSyncer sells connections with account caps: two logins with ten accounts each on Basic at $49 a month, and a third login or an eleventh account means Pro at $99. Tradecopia sells a tier per user with unlimited followers, $49.99 a month for the desktop app and $79.99 for hosted Lite. A trader with one Tradovate login and one Rithmic login fills TradeSyncer Basic on day one.

Both take a card for the 7-day trial and charge when it ends. Both list per-account limits without saying what the copier does the moment one is crossed. Ask each vendor that question before a funded account depends on the answer. Copilink Standalone sits under both on price at $28.88 to $37.88 a month, states its breach behavior, and stays on your machine, but connects to Tradovate and Rithmic only.

How to choose, by the way you already trade.

TradeSyncer or Tradecopia

Copilink Standalone connects to Tradovate and Rithmic, and the add-on works inside NinjaTrader 8. It copies trades you place on TradingView through a Tradovate leader, but it has no webhook receiver for strategy alerts and no connection to those platforms, so it is not an option here yet.

Trade copier comparison questions, answered plainly.

Replikanto's price, three-year cost, always-on copying, NinjaTrader requirements, and which copiers act on prop firm rules.

Is Replikanto better than TradeSyncer?

They solve different problems. Replikanto is a one-time $299 NinjaTrader 8 add-on that runs on your PC and copies between accounts connected in NinjaTrader. TradeSyncer is a $49 to $149 a month cloud service that keeps copying with your computer off and connects to TradingView, Sierra Chart, ATAS, and DXFeed as well as Tradovate, Rithmic, and NinjaTrader. If you trade inside NinjaTrader 8 at your desk, Replikanto or Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 costs far less. If you need unattended copying or a non-NinjaTrader leader, TradeSyncer is the one that can do it.

How much does Replikanto cost?

As shown on its product page on 20 September 2026: $299 for a single-machine lifetime license, $399 for two machines lifetime, $249 for a single-machine one-year license, and $299 for two machines for one year. Those were displayed as sale prices with $399, $499, $349, and $399 struck through. There is a 7-day trial. Copying between machines over the Internet uses separately purchased Remote Credits.

Which futures trade copier is cheapest over three years?

At list prices, the one-time licenses: Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 at $226.88 and Replikanto at $299, both for a single machine, both inside NinjaTrader 8. Among subscriptions, Copilink Standalone Core is $869.64 for three years, Tradecopia Pro is $1,799.64 at monthly list, and TradeSyncer Basic is $1,764.00. Tradecopia's quarterly billing and TradeSyncer's annual discount narrow their numbers; neither vendor published an exact annual figure on the pages we read.

Which trade copiers keep running when my computer is off?

TradeSyncer on every tier, and Tradecopia on its Pro+ Lite and Pro+ hosted tiers. Replikanto, Tradecopia Pro, and both Copilink products run on a machine you control and stop when it sleeps or loses its connection. Running a local copier on a rented Windows VPS gets you the same always-on result while keeping your broker logins off a vendor's servers.

Cloud or local trade copier: which should I choose?

Choose by what you need while you are away. A cloud copier keeps copying with your computer off, but the vendor's servers hold the connection to your broker accounts. A local copier keeps credentials on your machine and stops when it sleeps or disconnects; a Windows VPS closes most of that gap for a monthly fee. Add that fee to a local copier's price when you compare total cost.

How does ETP Copier compare with Copilink?

ETP Copier is a local desktop copier for Windows, Linux and macOS with ten connection types, including ProjectX. Its €197 base licence before VAT includes one simultaneous connection and one leader group; one extra connection or group costs €47 (checked 28 September 2026). Copilink Standalone is a Windows and macOS subscription app for Tradovate and Rithmic, with follower protection and per-account prop firm rules. If you need a connection Copilink does not have, such as ProjectX, look at ETP; if your accounts are on Tradovate or Rithmic, compare the risk rules.

Do I need NinjaTrader to use Replikanto?

Yes. Replikanto is an add-on and its page requires NinjaTrader Desktop 8.1.7 or later on every machine involved. Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 has the same requirement. Copilink Standalone, Tradecopia, and TradeSyncer do not need NinjaTrader; Standalone connects to Tradovate and Rithmic directly.

Which copiers enforce prop firm rules per account?

TradeSyncer and Tradecopia both list daily loss and profit limits per account, and Tradecopia adds a consistency tracker and distance-to-drawdown monitoring, but neither says on its pages what the copier does the instant a limit is crossed. Copilink Standalone sends a broker flatten request when a daily loss, daily profit, evaluation goal, or evaluation consistency rule trips, and stops the profile or disengages the follower; trailing drawdown is monitored only. Copilink for NinjaTrader 8's Risk edition adds intraday and trailing threshold tracking and session lockout. Replikanto has no per-account rules; its Follower Guard handles drift, not limits.

What is the difference between Copilink Standalone and Copilink for NinjaTrader 8?

They are separate products with separate licenses. Standalone is a Windows and macOS desktop app that connects to Tradovate and Rithmic directly, with no NinjaTrader installed, at $28.88 or $37.88 a month. Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 is a Windows add-on that copies between accounts connected in one NinjaTrader session, sold as a one-time $226.88 copier license or a Risk edition at $37.88 a month or $397.88 once. Pick by where your accounts already live.

Test the Copilink route next to what you use now.

Neither trial takes a card, so nothing needs cancelling first. Standalone gives you 14 days of full Suite access on two machines; the NinjaTrader 8 add-on gives you 7. Build one profile or one tab on a Demo account, place one small trade, and compare the activity log with what you see at the broker.
