YouTube or stream: A viewer clicks your link. If they buy within 30 days, the sale is yours, unless they later click another affiliate's link or enter another affiliate's code at checkout.

- 20%of Net Revenue on the first payment and every renewal, upgrade or other paid invoice, for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
- One-time purchases
- 10%of Net Revenue, including lifetime licences.

- One code works for Copilink Standalone and Copilink for NinjaTrader 8.
- Net Revenue
- What the customer actually paid, after discounts, tax, refunds and chargebacks, less a fixed 4% payment-processing allowance. Paid in US dollars.
Which sales count
- New customers
- The buyer has never paid for Copilink and opened their account no more than 30 days before your referral.
- Referral window
- 30 days from a click on your link. The latest affiliate click counts, and a code entered at checkout beats any link.
Getting paid
- Clearing
- Commission clears 30 days after the payment. A refund or chargeback reverses it.
- Payouts
- Request one in your dashboard once US$100 has cleared. Approved requests are generally paid by the 15th of the following month.
- Payment
- ACH for eligible US accounts, or international bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT) where supported. A W-9 or W-8 is needed before your first payment.

2Sign the agreement
Once you're approved, read the affiliate agreement in your dashboard and sign it by typing your name.
3Create your code
Choose your code in the dashboard. It can't be changed later, so pick one your audience will remember. The media kit has logos ready to use.
4Track and withdraw
Every sale and renewal appears with its commission and status, and your dashboard shows what is still clearing. Request a payout once US$100 has cleared.
What ends a partnership.
Promote Copilink honestly and say that you earn a commission. Any of these breaks the agreement, and can freeze your payouts or end the partnership immediately.
- Promising profits, prop-firm payouts or trading results.
- Presenting Copilink as investment advice or a signal service.
- Spam, impersonating Copilink, or bidding on "Copilink" in paid search without written permission.
- Cookie stuffing, fake referrals, or referring yourself, your household or your business.
- Sharing your commission with buyers, or posting coupon codes we haven't approved.
Either side can also end the partnership at any time with written notice, email included. When it ends, your link and code stop working and no new commission accrues. You can still request your remaining cleared balance, except amounts tied to invalid or prohibited sales.
