Grounds for Termination

Your affiliate account may be terminated immediately if you engage in any of the following activities:

  • •Fraudulent Activity: Using fake accounts, generating false leads, or manipulating tracking systems to inflate commissions.
  • •Promotional Rule Violations: Using spam, misleading advertising, false claims about our product, or unauthorized use of our trademarks.
  • •Brand Harm: Engaging in activities that damage the Copilink reputation, including negative campaigns, unethical marketing, or association with illegal activities.
  • •Terms Violation: Breaching any terms outlined in the affiliate agreement, including prohibited promotional methods or disclosure requirements.
  • •Cookie Stuffing: Placing affiliate cookies on users' devices without their knowledge or consent.
  • •Trademark Bidding: Bidding on Copilink branded keywords in paid search campaigns without explicit written permission.

Consequences of Termination

  • •Immediate revocation of affiliate access and tracking links
  • •Forfeiture of any pending commissions earned through fraudulent means
  • •Potential legal action for damages caused to the Copilink brand
  • •Permanent ban from future participation in the affiliate program

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at our discretion. In cases of good-faith violations, we may provide a warning before termination. However, serious violations will result in immediate termination without prior notice.
