Why doesn't the Flatten All button work?
Flatten All only applies to the selected instrument in the active Copilink tab.
May not work when:
• NinjaTrader hasn't updated open positions
• Wrong Copilink tab is active
• Communication failure between NinjaTrader and broker
Manual flatten from NinjaTrader:
Right-click in Positions tab → Flatten Everything
VERY IMPORTANT: Disable follower copying in Copilink first, or manual flattening may open reverse trades. If you flatten a follower first and then flatten the leader while copying is still enabled, the leader flatten can be copied back into the follower as a new reverse position.
Safe process:
1. Use Copilink Flatten All when closing the leader and followers together
2. Or disable all followers in Copilink before manually flattening in NinjaTrader
3. Re-enable followers after everything is flat
