Prerequisites
- At least one saved broker connection for live status checks.
- A saved profile for profile-state examples.
- Live P&L enabled before testing current unrealized P&L.
What Dashboard shows
Dashboard summarizes locally reconstructed sessions for a selected calendar date and can compare leader-only results with combined results across participating accounts. It is a review page, not a live broker position screen.
- Date navigation uses midnight to midnight in Settings → Trading time zone.
- Leader P&L includes confidently identified leader legs. Combined P&L includes participating account legs.
- Money appears only when required values are complete and use a compatible currency. Otherwise compatible points can appear, or the value remains unavailable.
- Refresh rereads local records. It does not download a complete broker statement.
Read global indicators together
- The profile badge shows the global profile lifecycle.
- Live P&L shows quote and broker-snapshot readiness for unrealized P&L.
- BROKER LINKS opens Connections. Its number counts saved connection rows, not confirmed healthy links.
- Activity prioritizes active problems and can otherwise count unread completed events.
- A serious issue banner presents an incident; dismissing it does not resolve the underlying state.
Profile statuses

Market-data statuses

Connection and Activity states
Connecting and Reconnecting mean required profiles wait. Disconnected leaves broker positions open. Sign-in required and Authentication failed need new credentials or authorization. Maintenance, outage, network, and rate-limit states require the trader to stop generating new activity and verify exposure directly.
Activity uses Information, Success, Warning, Error, and Critical severity plus Active issue, Resolved issue, and Completed event lifecycle. A success means the application operation completed without a reported error; it is not a broker fill confirmation.
What success looks like
- The profile badge says Active before a simulation copy.
- Every required connection row says Connected and lists the expected accounts.
- Live P&L becomes Active for an open simulation position when current P&L protection is needed.
- Risk management shows Protected for accounts with actionable rules.
Troubleshooting
- Indicators conflict: trust the most specific row or Activity incident, not the global broker-link count.
- Live P&L waits: reconnect first, then verify the exact symbol and market-data entitlement.
- Reduced protection: compare the broker snapshot and restore current quotes before trading near a limit.
- Profile Issue: stop leader trading and inspect broker exposure before attempting recovery.
