Risk Management Hysteresis requires two consecutive NinjaTrader updates showing the same risk breach before Copilink triggers the risk action.

It is enabled by default and helps filter one-tick phantom PnL/data spikes. Leave it on for most accounts; only turn it off if a daily goal or limit is not triggering when it should.
