Copilink Standalone · Rithmic

Rithmic trade copier for prop firm accounts.

Place the trade once in your Rithmic leader account. Copilink copies it to the follower accounts you choose, on Rithmic or Tradovate, sizes each one the way you set, and watches every follower for drift and rule breaches. No NinjaTrader, no plugin, no hosted middleman.

R|Trade Copier or Copilink?

Rithmic's built-in copier is free and runs on Rithmic's own servers. It is the right answer for one narrow job: the same order on a set of Rithmic accounts. Copilink is for everything around that job.

Copilink Standalone saved Tradovate and Rithmic connections

Connected with your Rithmic login, nothing in between.

Enter the Rithmic username and password, pick the server location your broker or prop firm gave you, and choose the exact system Rithmic returns. Copilink connects, discovers the accounts that login can trade, and keeps the credentials in your operating system's secure storage on that computer.

  • The system you were given, no substitution

Copilink lists the systems Rithmic allows for your login and location. You pick one; it never guesses.

  • Simulation only when Rithmic says so

Paper and Test systems are treated as simulation when the system name identifies them that way. Everything else is treated as real.

  • Connection states you can read

Connecting, Connected, Authentication failed, Network unavailable, and Rate limited are shown as they happen, with what to do next.

  • Tradovate in the same profile

Add a Tradovate connection and put its accounts in the same follower list as your Rithmic ones.

Size each follower. Protect each account.

A profile is one leader, the followers you enable, and an optional instrument list. Each follower gets its own sizing rule, and protection runs per account, so a Rithmic evaluation and a Tradovate funded account can follow the same leader without sharing a limit.

  • Exact or ratio sizing

Copy the leader's whole-contract quantity, or scale each follower by its own ratio. Results are rounded down; anything below one contract is not sent.

  • Mini and micro cross mapping

Supported pairs such as ES and MES can map across accounts while sizing still follows the exact or ratio rule.

  • Follower protection

A follower at the wrong size, open while the leader is flat, or in the opposite direction beyond your delay gets a flatten request and can be disengaged.

  • Prop firm risk rules

Per-account daily loss, daily profit, and evaluation goals can request a flatten on breach. A breached leader stops the profile. Trailing drawdown and funded consistency are monitored, not enforced, in the current app.

  • Working orders and fills

Working orders, changes, cancellations, partial fills, and fills are handled according to what each broker supports. Market orders copy from fill deltas so followers are not doubled.

  • Broker state wins

A flatten is a request to the broker, not proof an account is flat. Confirm the position in R|Trader Pro before resuming.

What it does not do

Copilink copies broker activity. It does not remove broker, market, or connection risk, and it is not a signal service.

  • No TradingView or webhook input

The leader is an account connected to Copilink, not an alert. There is no mobile app and no cross-computer copying.

  • Existing positions are not synchronized

Positions already open when a profile starts are not copied, and missed leader activity is not replayed later.

  • Followers can differ from the leader

Latency, liquidity, slippage, rejects, rate limits, and account restrictions can produce different positions and P&L.

  • Rithmic P&L and rate limits are Rithmic's

Protection that depends on live P&L or market data waits for Rithmic to deliver it. When Rithmic rate-limits a login, stop repeated actions and verify orders at the broker.

Read all safety & operating limitations

Rithmic questions, answered plainly.

R|Trade Copier, logins and systems, Tradovate followers, plugins, and what happens when Rithmic drops or rate-limits a connection.

Does Rithmic have its own trade copier?

Yes. Rithmic's R|Trade Copier, configured through R|Trader Pro, replicates orders across Rithmic accounts. If every account you trade is on Rithmic and you only need the same order everywhere, it may be all you need. Copilink is for the cases it does not cover: Tradovate accounts in the same group, different sizes per follower, and rules that act when an account drifts or breaches a limit.

Which Rithmic logins work?

Any Rithmic username and password with a server location and system your broker or prop firm supplied. Copilink asks Rithmic for the systems allowed for that login and location, and you pick the exact one. Paper and Test systems are simulation only when Rithmic names them that way.

Can a Rithmic leader copy to Tradovate followers?

Yes. A profile can route one leader across follower accounts from different saved connections and brokers, so a Rithmic leader can feed Tradovate followers and a Tradovate leader can feed Rithmic ones.

Do I need NinjaTrader or a Rithmic plugin?

No. Copilink Standalone connects to Rithmic directly from its own Windows or macOS application. Copilink for NinjaTrader 8 is a separate product for traders whose Rithmic accounts already run inside NinjaTrader, and NinjaTrader allows only one active Rithmic connection at a time.

Does it copy from TradingView or Telegram?

No. Copilink Standalone is not a webhook receiver or signal service. The leader is a Rithmic or Tradovate account connected to Copilink, and followers copy what that account does.

What happens if Rithmic rate-limits or drops the connection?

Copilink shows the connection state, including Rate limited and Network unavailable. When a required leader or an enabled follower becomes unavailable, copying pauses rather than continuing silently. Stop leader trading, confirm exposure at the broker, and reconnect once the service recovers.

Try it on a Rithmic Paper system first.

Start the 14-day Suite trial, connect a Paper or Test system, build one profile with accounts flat, and place a single small test trade before you touch a live or funded account.
