Which protections depend on Live P&L or market data?

Any rule that looks at current account profit or loss: daily loss, daily profit, evaluation goal, and evaluation consistency. They need a live quote for what you hold, or a fresh Tradovate account snapshot as a slower fallback. When that input is waiting, stale, partial, or unavailable, copying carries on but those limits are not checked until good data returns.
